4K Vendégház és Vinotéka is located not far from the shore of Lake Balaton, at the top of Szent György Hill, where you can easily get away from the noise of the world, yet close to the fire. From our terrace and several rooms of the house there is an incredible panorama of Lake Balaton and the mountains.
In the guest house we are waiting for our guests with 3 rooms, with 2 extra wide double beds, and with 2 90 cm wide beds that can be pushed together or placed separately. In the living room it is possible to accommodate + 1 person on a comfortable pull-out sofa. All rooms have sofas, tables, radios and Hi-Fi equipment, but if you look out the window, you are likely to be amazed by the view itself.
There are dozens of wine bars on St. George’s Hill, which are easily accessible on foot; for wine lovers, paradise itself. If, on the other hand, you choose the romantic panorama of our terrace and taste the finest wines of the region, there is also a possibility. In our wine cellar we keep the best wines of the area and organize wine tastings if needed.
The house has 4 toilets, 2 bathrooms and a garden shower. The 2 bedrooms have a bathtub on the level and a bathroom with a shower on the living and dining level. There is a toilet on the kitchen level next to the wine cellar, and the terrace has its own washbasin.
Equipment and utensils: The kitchen is equipped with the most modern appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, automatic Saeco coffee maker, microwave, hot sandwich oven and kettle, in addition to basic equipment such as plates, dishes, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc. The kitchen has its own toilet and even opens a laundry room with a washing machine. On the full panoramic terrace of Lake Balaton there is a summer kitchen with barbecue, oven, garden shower and toilet, garden furniture. Rooms with LCD television, radio, SAT TV. Bed linen, towels.
