Following the traditions of their family, step by step, they set up a very beautifully located 3-hectare organic farm.
Their philosophy since the beginning has been to make natural, chemical-free grapes and wine since 1994, in a premium quality that can be achieved by restraining the yield.
Their wines are characterized by the unique taste (terroir) and harmony of their place of production, which is achieved by fermentation with the help of natural yeasts and maturation in oak barrels.
